The Installation

• Supply and installation of Scottish Power approved switchgear with full interface protection for generation

• Installation of brick built substation to house the above inclusive of metering

• Supply and installation of standard Type “A” earthing arrangement

• Lay  1 x 3c HV cable between Pole 6 & Pole 8, and loop new substation in using 3x 1c HV cable
  to Scottish Power specification

• Supply and installation of emergency tripping between substation and generation equipment

• Supply and installation of private transformer complete with bespoke LV cabinet

• First ICP to undertake a pilot of this configuration of generation connection in the Scottish Power
  Distribution Network area
